With the imposing Mount Aenos behind you and the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea in front of you, shops and restaurants a short stroll away and a sandy beach just down the hill, you are staying in a modern Villa that makes it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This villa, along with its next-door neighbor Villa with ID "KEVR174"(ideal for groups of 10 people), were completed to an extremely high standard in 2009. The villa is tastefully furnished with soft comfortable sofas, light wood furniture and mod cons such as Flat Screen TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. The little finishing touches that the owner has lovingly added to the villa has resulted in a comfortable, home away from home feel. All on one level - wheelchair friendly villa. The lounge comes with 2 comfy sofas and a coffee table, Flat-screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment, an air-conditioning unit and access to the pool terrace. The dining area comes with a table with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen is very modern and comes well equipped with an oven and ceramic hobs with an extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The master bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, an En-Suite bathroom and access to the pool terrace.

There is an outside dining area and BBQ so you can enjoy some al-fresco dining, and you can relax at the end of a warm summer day and watch the sun set.
Just a 10 minute stroll from the villa and you will find minimarkets and restaurants and the long sandy Blue Flag awarded beach at Lourdas is only a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk down hill. During high season small motorboats are available for hire here and there are ample sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. A selection of tavernas just off the beach are open throughout the day, often serving fresh locally caught fish together with fresh vegetables grown in the many allotments that line the sea front.
Exploring in the area is easy with plenty of beaches to visit, all of which are sandy and gently shelving, some with facilities, others almost deserted, although just that little bit harder to find, but well worth the extra effort. If you are interested in history then this is the perfect base with the Byzantian Castle of St George, Mycenian tombs of Mazerakata and the Nunnery of St Andreas, with the well preserved sole of his foot, all within a 10 minute drive. The Island’s capitol Argostoli is just 20 minutes away, perfect for shopping or maybe an evening out.
As with all destinations on this truly magnificent island, a car is highly recommended to experience the wonders of this beautiful island.
